Because it’s the only way to eat a pita.
Dos Manos — “two hands” — opened in 2023 on Torrent de l’Olla, in the heart of Gràcia. The menu is the street food of Israel and the Middle East: generous pitas, homemade hummus, falafel, and plates of vegetables, pulses and spices to share in the middle of the table.
The kitchen is in full view, behind the bar. If you’d rather keep your hands clean, any filling also comes on a plate.

The pitas
Warm pita bread and generous fillings: meat, fish, falafel, or egg with aubergine.
Aliza
Tender beef and lamb, tomatoes, cabbage, crispy onions, tahini and amba.
Greek
Marinated chicken, tomatoes, cabbage, crispy onions, tzatziki and sumac.
Sabij
Warm boiled egg, fried aubergine, grilled potatoes, fresh salad and tahini.
